Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use outcomesorry.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Outcomesorry Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. It does not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Outcomesorry Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean Outcomesorry Heating & Air endorses that provider. Outcomesorry Heating & Air does not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. It also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and Outcomesorry Heating & Air does not promise any level of savings. It does not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Please do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.
