How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Outcomesorry Heating & Air wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Outcomesorry Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
You can still tell Outcomesorry Heating & Air too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Outcomesorry Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@outcomesorry.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted Outcomesorry Heating & Air or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Send It
You should get an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. Your complaint will be looked into, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, you will get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
